On this Wednesday, August 18, I am going to be holding the first of what I hope will be a series of weekly video chats during which anybody who wants to discuss the problems with Facebook can join in. My goal will be to go live for about 30 minutes during which I’ll give some updates, talk to featured guests, and open up the discussion to the audience. The video call will be conducted via Zoom, but I am hoping that we will be able to include participants from a voice channel inside the Facebook Issues discord server.
If you would like to participate as a co-host or guest, let me know. I also hope to record these discussions and publish them for replay.
The broadcast will take place on Wednesday at 6 p.m EST. If things go well, I’ll try to pick another time so that more people can participate, if they would like. If we find other hosts, we might be able to cover more time zones.
